Tom July 11th

Breakfast - 2 pieces of toast with strawberry jam and nutella.
Snack - apple and cheese slices.
Lunch - 2 stuffed peppers, 1 cup of yougurt.
Snack - plum.
Dinner - tossed salad, five mini hot dogs.
Dessert - mini fudgesicle, mini ice cream cone.
