Water throughout the day
Breakfast - Raisin bran with 1/2 a banana, 1/2 water - 1/2 milk, 2 cups of coffee, english muffin with peanut butter and a banana
Lunch - Sandwich with salami, tomato, lettuce and raddishes, 2 cups of water
Snack on the boat - 1/8 cup trailmix, pickle, 1 cup of water, 1/4 can of pop
1 Coors light while filleting/deboning fish
Supper - Pickerel fish fry, salad with 4 cups of water
