Water throughout the day.

Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, 3 pancakes with strawberries

Lunch/snack - 1 pepperoni stick, 10 ripple chips, carrots and broccoli

Supper - whole wheat pasta with shredded cheese, salad and low fat pistatio pudding (had to be finished)
