Water throughout the day.
Brunch (up late chasing mosquitos all night in the trailer) - 2 cups of coffee, 1 piece of toast, 1/2 cup hashbrowns and fresh fruit
Snack - mixed nuts and fresh fruit
Supper - fresh fish (I caught myself), mashed pototoes and salad with pistachio pudding for dessert (low fat)
Evening - 1 rum and fruit juice
