Water throughout the day

Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, bran cereal with hemp hearts and 1/2 banana

Lunch/snack - 2 pieces of cheese, carrots, bran muffin, cherries and strawberries

Supper - burger, salad, 1 piece of watermelon

Snack - handful of peanuts
