Breakfast - 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup grapes
- chai tea latte
Snack - banana
Lunch - watermelon
- cherries
- carrot
- cucumber
- non- fat cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. turkey
Snack - apple
Supper - turkey burger on rye bread
- potato salad
- large beautiful green salad fresh from my garden - ok, so I have three garden boxes in my front yard and they contain romaine lettuce, green leafy lettuce, spinach and green onion. I also planted another herb but I can't remember what it is. I think that it is basil because I love it but I am not sure, it doesn't really smell like anything so I will have to consult my mom. Back to my garden, the cool thing is that each day when I am making supper, I take my salad spinner outside and fill it up with fresh goodness, life doesn't get any better than this! :)
There could be a snack later on during movie time but I intend to make it popcorn. I discovered that if you take popcorn and put it in a plain paper bag and put it in the microwave, you have microwave popcorn without all the stuff that they put in it. It has become my favorite snack.
