Sherri July 8 Day 8

Morning latte with coconut milk. Still full from last night.
Snack: Paleo brownie, banana

After nap refreshment and snack: Cucumber Cooler juice (cucumber, lemon, mint, apple, green grapes), salsa and tortilla chips

Supper: bowl of raw coconut tomato soup (cold soup), chicken stirfry (chicken, onion, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, cashews, craisnins, done in coconut oil with bone dust seasoning), bowl of non-dairy "ice cream" (a small scoop each of chocolate coconut macaroon, apple strudel and chai tea), small glass of "Hot Flash" red wine
Lots of water
