Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal and raisins
- 1 cup skim milk
Snack - Apple
- bran muffin
Lunch - grilled cheese sandwich on rye
- handful of peas
Supper - chicken
- french fries
- beautiful green salad
After Supper - green tea -I usually have this after supper but I haven't been writing it down, I have been more focused on recording my sinful night snacks. I will try to be more mindful.
