Day 1..
Toasted Bagel with natural peanut butter and honey
Waffle cone with rolo ice cream
Ribs and potatoes
cake, one small piece
2 rum and coke by the fire
Day 2
2 pieces of toast with peanut butter and honey
2 coffees
grapes and smokie
1 beer
chili and cheese bread
2 rum and coke and smores by the fire
Day 3
coffee first(rum catching up to me)
pancakes and banana
skim milk latte
chicken sandwich and homemade oatmeal cookie
shrimp pasta with white wine
Day 4
Toasted bagel with peanut butter and an orange
2 cups of coffee
ham and provolone cheese sandwich with grapes
darn Rolo ice cream cone again(the marina makes good ice cream for kids and grown ups)
1 beer
avocado /provolone beef burger
rum and coke with too many salted pistachios
Day 5
Toasted bagel with peanut butter and honey with a banana
2 coffee
no lunch - busy on the water
margarita cooler
chicken spinach wrap and leftover ribs
Day 6
Toasted bagel with peanut butter
1 coffee
ham sandwich and oatmeal cookie
latte
smokie
1 beer
popcorn
Day 7
plain oatmeal with 2 poached eggs
1 coffee
ham and cheese bun
carrots and an orange
veggie pizza
