Breakfast - bran muffin
- banana
Lunch - turkey
- peas
- cheese
Snack - grapes
More snack when I got home - toast and jam ( full on comfort food)
Supper - chicken
- brown rice
- beautiful spinach and romaine salad, no dressing
Dessert - two scoops of ice cream
I drink tons of water, I have approx 5 litres throughout my work day and then several large glasses in the evening. Today I had a bit more than usual due to extra sit ups and bike riding in the evening. I also have chai latte in the morning after breakfast and today I had a second one later in the morning because a lovely work person bought it for me :)
