Howdy from my trailer at the Ponoka Stampede!
I am both dairy and gluten free so my diet is extremely strict in those areas. However you'd be surprised as to what I actually can (and do) eat.
Breakfast: latte with coconut milk and a shot of Kahlua (FYI: I'm a coffee snob, lol), 2 slices of Paleo cinnamon fruit/nut bread with peanut butter.
Lunch: roast chicken, potato salad, carrot sticks, dark (dairy free) chocolate fruit and nut bar (5 squares)
Happy Hour: rum and coke :)
Supper: salmon fillet, tossed green salad sans dressing, Paleo brownie (dark chocolate and yummy!)
Munchie snack: Kettle brand sea salt chips (No, I did not eat the whole bag)
Water throughout the day
