From my trailer at the Ponoka Stampede
I am both dairy and gluten free so my diet is extremely strict in those areas. However you'd be surprised as to what I actually can (and do) eat.
Breakfast: latte with coconut milk and a shot of Kahlua, 2 slices of Paleo cinnamon fruit/nut bread with peanut butter.
Lunch: roast chicken, potato salad, Romain lettuce, salsa and tortilla (corn) chips, banana, Paleo chocolate chip scone
Snack: cherries
Supper: beef stir-fry (no rice), carrot sticks, 2 Paleo brownies
Water throughout the day
