Sherri July 7, Day 7

Breakfast: latte with coconut milk, 2 slices of Paleo bread with peanut butter and blueberry/raspberry/pomegranate jam, 2 breakfast sausages, glass of carrot/pineapple/spinach juice from my juicer.

Very Late Lunch:  Pinty's Wings (3 buffalo, 3 honey garlic), baked fries with ketchup. We are having our monthly wine tasting and potluck tonight. Meal theme: fondue. I am so not going into this event hungry.

Wine tasting event chowdown: oil fondue: shrimp, chicken, beef, immitation crab (this has wheat in it, why is beyond me, felt it so will be making this a rarity in my diet). Raw veggies: butternut squash, peas, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower. My little plate was filled a few times, that's all I'm saying. Wine: tasted 6 varieties from US and Canada with my favorite being "Hot Flash"

Still with wine event, and after main chowdown: chocolate fondue!! Strawberries, banana, pineapple were dipped in dark (dairy-free) chocolate.

Midnight snack: homemade chocolate coconut macaroon (dairy-free) "ice cream".
Lots of water throughout the day
