Water throughout the day
Breakfast/lunch - 2 cups of coffee, branflakes, hemp seeds, strawberries, 2 pieces of toast and 1 piece of bacon
Snack - handful of mixed nuts
Supper - fish, homemade fries and salad, 1 cooler, 2 squares of chocolate (dark chocolate fruit and nuts for Mrs. Donahue)
Evening - soft ice cream cone down by the lake
Snack - carrot and 1/4cup of grapes
