Water throughout the day
Breakfast/lunch - 3 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, fish, stawberries, cantelope, 2 cups of water, 2 1/2 cups coffee, 1 piece of multigrain toast
Snack - 1/8 cup of trailmix, couple of triscuts, 1 cup of water, 1 Kokanee while deboning fish
Supper - 3 peorgies, 3 chicken wings, 3 pieces of fish, mixed green salad (no dressing), homemade fries, 2 cups of water, 6 shrimp
Snack - carrot and grapes and cup of water
