Water throughout the day
Brunch - 2 cups coffee, bran cereal with banana and hemp seeds, rhubarb muffin, cantelope, grapes, 2 pieces of cheese
Snack - 2 handfuls of trailmix, 1 piece of cheese and 3 crackers, carrots
Supper - Porkchops, stuffed potato and salad
Evening - Fish fry! and an handful of nibbs
