Breakfast: latte with coconut milk, 2 slices of Paleo cinnamon fruit/nut bread topped with peanut butter
Lunch: Thai green juice (kale, cilantro, pineapple, lime), left over beef stirfry from last night
Snack: Paleo brownie with raw cashew "ice cream"
Cocktail: shared a brew with Dennis
Supper: Pinty's Wings (3 buffalo, 3 honey garlic), baked sweet potato fries with seasoning salt and ketchup. Yep, my treat meal.
Dessert: fresh from my tree Saskatoons with raw cashew "ice cream"
Water throughout the day.
