Here we go

JULY 1
bowl of cherrys
JULY 2
2 slice of bread
1tsp mayo
3 slice of balone
some lettuce and tomato
pepper
JULY 3
Breakfast:
Banana
Lunch:
2 slice of bread
1 tsp of mayo
3 slice of balone
some lettuce and tomatoe
pepper
Supper:
8 oz of beef
1 cup of onion
1 cup of tomato
1cup of mushrooms
Hambuger helper mix
JULY 4
Supper:
4 oz of beef
1 cup of brussel sprouts
1/2 cup of pasta
1 bowl of salad
JULY 5
Brekafast:
Banana
Lunch:
2 slice of bread
6 oz of beef
some red onion, lettuce, pickle, mushroom
1 slice of cheese
1 tsp mayo
1 cup of sprite
Supper:
small bowl of ice cream
