July 3

4 cups coffee (throughout day)
No breakfast
Granola bar for lunch
Beef & chicken over rice from Edo for supper
1/2 can Pepsi


July 4

3 cups coffee (throughout day)
Ham & eggs, b. toast & hashbrowns
No lunch- Vanilla bean latte skinny from Second Cup
Chicken over rice from Edo (right beside Home Depot, way too convenient)
Water

July 5
5 cups coffee (throughout day)
Ham & eggs, b. toast & tomato
No lunch- Butter pecan latte skinny
snack- saskatoon pie
Chicken pot pie w/ salad (pecans, apple, cranberries & balsamic vinaigrette)
3 chugs of red gatorade
