Sherri July 3 Day 3

Back at home:)
Morning lounge time (Dennis and I do this on days off): mocha latte with mix of coconut and chocolate soy milk and a shot of Kamora coffee liqueur.
Late brunch: 2 fried eggs topped with cracked pepper and a slice of Tofutti Mozzarella "cheese" (dairy-free), home garlic sausage, 1 slice Paleo cinnamon fruit/nut bread. (me hungry)
Snack: 1 piece Paleo banana chip bread
Supper: small steak topped with salsa, tossed green salad with balsamic and olive oil dressing, small glass of red wine, blueberries and strawberry/rhubarb vice cream (non-dairy made with cashews, maple syrup, water, strawberries and rhubarb juice)
Water throughout the day
