Water throughout the day
Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, banana muffin, 2 pieces of 12 grain toast with peanut butter
Lunch/snack - cheese, crackers, 1/4 almonds
Snack - chocolate bar (standing in line at grocery store and it called my name)
Supper - low fat smokie, peorgies and salad, small bowl of ice cream
With a gazillion and a half kinds of chocolate bars out there, you have to identify which one. :)
