Morning lounge time (Dennis is on days off) latte with coconut milk and a shot of Kahlua
Brunch: 2 fried eggs (coconut oil) with pepper and a slice of Tofutti Mozarella "cheese" melted on top, 2 breakfast sausages with Kirkland Organic salsa, scoop of Vegan Nog "Ice Cream". Yum! What flavor shall I make next?
Afternoon: home juiced lemonade (lemon, cantaloupe, a bit of mint, dash of sea salt)
Supper: baked/poached salmon with bone dust bbq rub, tomato slices with sea salt and pepper
Water throughout the day.
