3 litres of water throughout the day

Breakfast - bran cereal with hemp hearts, 1 piece of cheese, two cups of coffee

Lunch/snack (too hot to eat much) - cheese and crackers, cherries and a mini cucumber

Supper - A&W teen burger, fries and orange juice

Evening - 1 square of dark chocolate, fresh fruit and 1 cup of popcorn
