This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month. Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

green smoothie, hard b egg, water, iced tea, homemade chili with corn tortilla chips, 2 pieces dark choc, iced tea, almonds, small bowl popcorn, snacky supper of cheese and crackers, strawb, salsa and chips, wine 2 homemade cookies hot from the oven...

green smoothie, water, HB egg,water,almonds,chicken ceaser salad, iced tea (with gum to save my patients!) 2 homemade cookies, I smokie, big salad with maple basalmic dressing....yum!, 1/2 corn on cob, water, dark choc
