This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month. Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Days 1 to 6
Hi everyone, been an insane week, but I have been keeping track of what I'm eating. Here is the week from the 1st to the 6th.
July 1 Breakfest-cinnamon raison bagel and a mug of coffee
Lunch- (family get together brunch)
4 slices of bacon, 2 eggs over easy, strawberries, watermelon,
hashbrowns and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
Supper- super big salad(no dressing), 2 oranges and a banana
July 2- breakfest- bowl of honeynut cheerios and a mug of coffee
lunch- BLT sandwich and small salad
supper- hamburger mash(ground hamburger and potatoes0
July3- breakfest- bowl of honeynut cheerios and mug of coffee
lunch- turkey sandwich on wholewheat, 2 oranges, 2 granola bars, some veggies
supper- 2 vegatable stuffed chicken breasts and mashed potatoes
July4- breakfest- honeynut cheerios and a mug of coffee
lunch- 1 chicken breast(leftover from nite before), 2 ornages, 2 granola bars,
sliced cucumbers, and 2 homemade oatmeal cookies.
supper- rice noodles and vegatables
July 5- breakfest- honeynut cheerios and mug of coffee
lunch- large salad, cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices, 2 granola bars,
2 ornages and 1 banana
supper- one homemade burger and various fresh vegatables
July 6- breakfest- cinnamon bagel and a mug of coffee
lunch- (bbq lunch put on by general cotractor at work)
one burger with lots of veggies and fruit
supper- (my dads birthday dinner, Joeys Only)
2 pieces of halibut and fries
Each day I also drink 4 to 7, 1.5 litres of water.
