Sherri July 6, Day 6

Breakfast: latte with coconut milk, 1 1/2 slices of Paleo cinnamon fruit/nut bread topped with peanut butter and blueberry/raspberry/pomegranate jam, 1 1/2 chocolate chip breakfast scones, Thai green juice (kale, cilantro, pineapple, lime)
Snack: Clif peanut butter energy bar
Late Lunch: Kosher hot dog with mustard (no bun), raw homemade sauerkraut
Snack: cherries, few sliced of home garlic sausage
Cocktail: a few sips of Dennis's brew.
Supper: Orange chipolte grilled chicken breast, tossed green salad with balsamic and olive oil dressing, homemade apple strudel (dairy free) "ice cream", small glass of red wine.
While making "ice cream" snack: a couple small handfuls of raw cashews
Water throughout the day.
