Breakfast - 1 peorgy, 1 piece of toast, 3 slices of pineapple, 3 cups of water, 2 cups of coffee, handful of almonds
Lunch - Bowl of mac and cheese, 1 homemade oatmeal/chocolate chip, 2 cups of water
Supper - two hotdogs, 1 piece of cheese, pickle, 2 kokanees, 1 cup of water
Snack - 8 lays ripple chips, 2 cups of water
