Darcy July 4, 2012

Water throughout the day

Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, 1 toast with peanut butter, bowl of bran flakes, 3 cups of water

Lunch - Pasta and hamburger spagetti sauce, 2 cups of water

Supper - 3 pieces of bought pizza, salad with apple cider vinegar laced with hot banana peppers, 3 cups of water, 1/2 can of lime pepsi

Evening -  1 can of kokanee
