Water throughout the day

Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, 1 piece of toast with peanut butter, bowl of bran flakes with granola

Snack - handful of cherries

Lunch -  carrot muffins, cantelope, 1 ginger snap cookie, 2 pieces of cheese

Supper - 3 small pieces of pizza and salad
