Breakfast - pancakes and fruit, 3 cups of water, 2 cups of coffee
Lunch - 2 sticks of pepperoni, veggies, 10 ripple potato chips, 3 cups of water
Supper - whole wheat pasta with mozzarella cheese, salad without dressing, glass of iced tea, 3 cups of water, low fat pistachio pudding dessert
July 12
Breakfast - bowl of raisin bran with hemp hearts, 3 cups of water, 2 cups of coffee
Lunch - pasta and salad with no dressing, 3 cups of water
Supper - A & W teen burger, fries and large root beer
Evening - 3/4 cup of assorted fresh fruit, 3 cups of water, popcorn with hot sauce, 2- 1 inch square chunks of dark chocolate
You count the chips! What would happen if you lost count....
