Breakfast - banana
- toast and jam (not what my body wanted after a 50 min power walk)
Snack - bran muffin
- chai tea latte
Lunch - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup strawberries
2nd Lunch - turkey on rye bread (lunch wasn't as filling as I thought it would be)
Supper - chicken
- potato salad
- large garden salad
Dessert - raspberry sherbert
Snack - watermelon
