Breakfast: latte with coconut milk, 2 slices of Paleo cinnamon fruit/nut bread topped with peanut butter, home garlic sausage
Snack: nuts and berries snack bar (dairy, gluten-free)
Lunch: 4 little (to me they were little) Falafels topped with lemon-pepper-mayo, tossed green salad with balsamic and olive oil dressing, 1 Paleo brownie
Pre-Supper: wheatgrass, broccoli, apple, carrot juice
Supper: beef stirfry (beef, onion, pepper, mushrooms, cashews, craisins) done in coconut oil with bone dust bbq rub as seasoning, 5 squares Belgium dark (chocolate) fruit and nut bar.
Snack: large handfull of cherries.
Water throughout the day.
