Breakfast: 2 slices Paleo bread with peanut butter and my regular jam, a banana, latte with coconut milk
Snack: 5 squares of dark (dairy-free)chocolate fruit and nut bar (Dennis was hungry)
Lunch: 2 fried eggs (coconut oil) with pepper and a slice of Tofutti Mozarella "cheese" melted on top, hashbrowns done in coconut oil with seasoning salt and ketchup
Afternoon shake: chocolate blueberry (blueberries, raw cocoa, Gogi berries, chia seeds, hemp hearts, raw honey, water and ice)
Supper; small bowl of chicken/veggie stirfry, apple strudel non-dairy "ice cream"
Snack: medium bowl of popcorn (popped on stove, in Whirley-Pop with coconut oil) topped with grapeseed oil and Frank's Hot Sauce. Oh yeah!!
Why grapeseed oil and margarine? Most margarines contain diary so there is only a couple of varieties I can have. However grapeseed oil is full of antioxidants and omega 3 and 6 with the bonus being that it has a buttery taste. Verdict: good enough to try again.
