Morning lounge time (Dennis is on days off) latte with coconut milk.
Lunch: 2 fried eggs (coconut oil) with pepper and a slice of Tofutti Mozarella "cheese" melted on top, 1 breakfast sausage, 3 slices home garlic sausage, hashbrowns done in coconut oil with seasoning salt and ketchup
Treat: Starbucks iced cafe mocha (non-dairy)
Home juiced lemonade (lemon, cucumber, cantaloupe, honey)
Snack: 2 raw frozen lime coconut cookies, 1 raw frozen raisin cookie (both dairy and gluten free)
Supper: tossed green salad with balsamic vinegar/olive oil dressing, coleslaw with veggies I am fermenting (green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, parsnip, turnip, onion, cauliflower, broccoli), shrimp with cockatial sauce.
Chocolate fondue (dark and non-dairy) with banana and pineapple.
Water throughout the day
