From the 6th to the 8th i was really sick, I didn't eat much, and I didn't track my food (oops!)
July 9th:
Breakfast:
- Scrambled eggs (3 eggs)
- LACTOSE FREE (I finally found some :) yogurt
Lunch
- a bacon, tomato and avocado half-sandwich
Supper:
- Chicken caesar salad from La Bezt in Spruce Grove. (delicious!)
Dessert
- 2 homemade red-velvet cupcakes
- 1 bowl of popcorn
July 10th:
Breakfast:
- 3 lactose free yogurts with bran buds
- 1 banana
Lunch:
- 1 bowl of spaghetti with tomato sauce
Supper:
- green apple smoothy w/soy milk from second cup
