Honey oat
Cold cut
no cheese
lettuce
tomato
lots of cucumber
some chipolete sauce
pepper

JULY 10
Breakfast:
a bowl of hamburger helper

Lunch:
6 wings
potato salad

Supper:
A bowl of cherrys
some ice cream
clam chowder soup
