Water throughout the day

Breakfast/lunch - 2 cups of coffee, 2 pieces of toast, hashbrowns, eggs, fresh fruit

Snack - fresh fruit, mixed nuts and pepperoni

Supper - fish, mashed potatoes, salad, low fat pistachio pudding dessert, rum and coke
