Alana July 2

Breakfast - bran cereal with hemp hearts, banana muffin & 2 cups of coffee

Lunch (wasn't really hungry) - cheese and crackers, 2 handfuls of mixed nuts/trailmix

Snack - 2 graham crackers, few chocolate chips (needed a fix)

Supper - Grilled chicken, baked potatoe, corn, salad

Snack - bowl of fresh fruit & popcorn
