Out camping, didn't have internet connection
Late Breakfast- rhubarb/buttermilk muffin, 2 cups of coffee, bowl of raisin bran with hemp hearts, hashbrowns, glass of orange juice
Snack - fresh fruit (strawberries, cherries & pineapple), multigrain rice cakes
Supper - lasagne, bun
Snack - grapes
Water to drink throughout the day
