pre-breakfast - banana
breakfast - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- chai tea latte
lunch - turkey
- cheese
- green peas
snack - yogurt
- piece of rye bread
- 1/4 cup beans
supper - pizza from Papa John's - a work of art!!
snack - 1/2 bag of salt and vinegar chips - Lays of course!
- 1/2 almond chocolate bar (family size)
- orange creamsycle - I've wanted one for about two weeks!
So there you have it, my response to stressful situations that I can't do anything about.
