Breakfast: 1 breakfast sausage, gluten/dairy- free pecan pie cupcake, gluten/dairy-free gingerbread cupcake, latte with coconut milk
Afternoon snack: shared a coke with Dennis, salsa with Kettle Sea Salt potato chips (finished the bag! bag was already open though.) No idea how many chips that was, a few squares dairy-free dark chocolate. There, covered all of the food groups.
Supper: 2 tiger prawns, tossed greed salad with Italian and red pepper dressing, glass of red wine, 2 scoops "yes I made it" dairy-free chocolate coconut macaroon "ice cream"
Water throughout the day- lots of it. I think I had too much heat.
