Breakfast: 2 slices Paleo bread with peanut butter and my regular jam, 1 breakfast sausage, a banana, latte with coconut milk
Lunch: cauli-slaw juice (cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, apple, celery, onion) that was surprisingly good, coleslaw that I made from the veggies mix that I made for fermented veggies, chocolate blueberry shake
Snack: macadamia nut "cheese" with salsa
Supper 1: tossed green salad with balsamic vinegar/olive oil dressing, few jicama "fries"
Supper 2: jicama "fries" with salsa, very small steak, cob of corn with diary-free margarine and sea salt, few sips of brew
Samples of sweet potato "chips", onion rings, and carrot "fries" I am dehydrating.
Water throughout the day
