Breakfast sandwich A&W on the way to the golf course

Monday for dinner after golfing
1 lobster tail
12 shrimp
3 crab leggs
broccoli
mohito (virgin)

Monday for supper
fresh greens from the garden w/ tomatoes & cukes
cheese & muesili bread
glass of wine


Tuesday for breakfast
eggs on toast
coffee

Tuesday for lunch
ham & cheese sandwich and an avocado
coffee
