Breakfast - 2 cups of coffee, branflakes mixed with Shreddies and an banana
Lunch - too hot to eat, snacked throughout the day - cheese and crackers, 2 handful of nuts, cherries
Snack - carrot and 2 squares of dark chocolate
Supper - Fish and salad and 1/2 cooler
