Breakfast: 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/8 cup raisins, 1 cup soya milk, chai tea (no latte, no sugar)
Snack: grapefruit, Starbucks chai latte ( I went alone after my workout, no one to blame but me)
Lunch: 2 pces rye bread toasted, eggs (1 whole and 2 whites), cheese, 1 carrot, 1 cup cucumber, 1 glass apple juice
Snack: More Starbucks
Supper: KFC – big crunch, fries, gravy, apple juice
Water: 4 litres
My day started out great, I got up extra early because I was excited about our camping trip tomorrow. I was finished my two hour workout by 9:30am, which is my usual starting time. As you can see, only the morning was good, as I got more engrossed in making sure we had healthy choices to take camping, I paid less and less attention to what I was putting in my body today. I totally forgot to take anything out for supper and resorted to old behavior to make due. I am going camping tomorrow for a week and I hope that I can stay focused and stick to my food plan while I am away. I have a tendency to get really busy and consequently very hungry while camping in the mountains, so I have packed lots of healthy choices so that I can stay on track. I will continue to log my food daily to help myself but I am not sure if I can post it, I will try.
This challenge saved me from a full sized Mars bar that was calling my name at the grocery store today. I was actually reaching for it, when I remembered that I would have to write it down. Thank you, Sifu for the challenge and saving me from all those calories.( Hopefully, it will work the next time I pass a Starbucks!!!)
