This is the journal of Silent River Kung Fu's I Ho Chuan Team's Diet Tracking Project which will chronicle everything we eat during a chosen month.
Our goal is to have each team member post at least once per day. This project will make us more mindful of what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis and hopefully this awareness will translate into permanent positive lifestyle changes.

Fresh squeezed orange. Bannana (where did my yogurt go? I put it in my lunch bag, but it wasn't there when I went for 10am break) Toss salad with the last of the garden lettuce, and the first of the garden beets. Grapes Apple pie. Wunderbar.
