Breakfast: ½ cup cottage cheese with raspberries
Snack: Apple
Lunch: 2 pces rye bread toasted, tomatoe slices, cheese, apple juice
Snack: grapes, chai tea
Supper: salmon, potatoe, salad
Snack: bran muffin, nectarine
Water: 6 litres
