Sihing Kichko - Aug. 19th

Aug.19
Breakfast: ½ cup cottage cheese, raspberries, chai latte
Lunch: egg whites, cheese, 2 pces rye bread toasted, carrots (from my garden), apple juice
Supper: chicken breast, salad with fresh cucumber, corn (from my garden, truly delicious) and potatoes from my garden too. An absolutely delicious meal.
Water: 3 litres
