Sherri Donohue Days 17-19

Day 17, August 17, 2010

I apologize for being late with the posting. I was on the road and our laptop decided to function with half of the keyboard and the other half on-screen. Pain in the katukus!
Now I am home with a solid umbilical cord to the net and a full working keyboard so it's catch-up time.

Dietary restriction: dairy allergy with no tolerance to dairy in any form
Dietary goal: 50% or more of food consumed is raw.

Water consumed throughout the day.

Breakfast:bacon and egg bunwich, peach, soymilk latte with a splash of Kahluha

Snack: 2 plumcots, few sips of Coke

Lunch: (driving food) 1 pepperoni stick, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes

Snack: 2 plumcots, 2 large handfulls of Kettle ripple chips
Snack again: 2 coconut cookies with diary free Nutella, 2 2-bite brownies

Supper: hamburger with tomato and spinach, 1/2 corn cob with dairy-free margarine and sea salt, cherries, glass of White Zinfindel

Day 18 August 18, 2010

Dietary restriction: dairy allergy with no tolerance to dairy in any form
Dietary goal: 50% or more of food consumed is raw.

Water consumed throughout the day.

Breakfast: 2 pieces French toast, 1 1/2 pieces of bacon, soymilk latte with a splash of Kahluha

Lunch: (driving food again): pepperoni stick, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, green grapes

Snack: small bowl of Kettle ripple chips, 1 Wonka Cherry Kazoozle (these are good!)
Snack again: cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, green grapes, 2 2-bite brownies

Supper; jumbo hotdog with hotdog relish, 2 peach tomatoes, 1/2 corn cob with dairy-free margarine and sea salt, peach, glass of White Zinfindel

Day 19 August 19, 2010

Dietary restriction: dairy allergy with no tolerance to dairy in any form
Dietary goal: 50% or more of food consumed is raw.

Water consumed throughout the day.

Breakfast: soymilk latte with a splash of Kahlua, 1 egg, 1 1/2 pieces of bacon, cantalope

Lunch: (driving food again): pepperoni stick, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, green grapes

Snack: candied walnuts (raw), 2 2-bite brownies
Snack again: 1 bag Dakota Style Mesquite BBQ chips Industrial Strength (they are good), Luna bar Caramel Nut Brownie flavor

Supper;chicken tender, mashed ptoatoes, 1/2 corn cob with dairy-free margarine and sea salt, glass of White Zinfindel
