Sifu Regier - August 27th and 28th

August 27th

Breakfast
  • bowl of raisin bran with banana and 1% milk
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 3 slices of super thin bacon
  • 1 large cup of orange juice
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1-75ml blueberry yogurt

11:00 - cup of water

Lunch @ 14:00

  • chicken and cheese on multigrain bread/ no spreads
  • 1 cup of water

16:00 - banana, peach, bran muffin

Supper (long day in the field)

  • Subway - 12" tuna (lots of veggies)
  • cranberry juice

11:30 - back at room - cup of water

August 28th

Breakfast

  • large cup of orange juice

10:00 - cup of water

Lunch

  • chicken/ham and cheese on multigrain bread/ no spreads
  • half cup of water

14:00 - banana, bran muffin

18:00 - cup of water

20:30 - out for pizza (loaded, which seemed more like a vegetatian), it was good! Saved left overs for part of my lunch tomorrow.

22:30 - two cups of water
