- 3 slices of super thin bacon
- 1 large cup of orange juice
- 4 cups of water
- 1-75ml blueberry yogurt
11:00 - cup of water
Lunch @ 14:00
- chicken and cheese on multigrain bread/ no spreads
- 1 cup of water
16:00 - banana, peach, bran muffin
Supper (long day in the field)
- Subway - 12" tuna (lots of veggies)
- cranberry juice
11:30 - back at room - cup of water
August 28th

- chicken/ham and cheese on multigrain bread/ no spreads
- half cup of water
14:00 - banana, bran muffin
18:00 - cup of water
20:30 - out for pizza (loaded, which seemed more like a vegetatian), it was good! Saved left overs for part of my lunch tomorrow.
22:30 - two cups of water
